Career record: 154-85-2 (.643) | Playoffs: 8-9 (1-1 in Super Bowls)
Despite not getting to the divisional playoffs recently, Tomlin's career experience and overall winning record speak for themselves. Let's not forget, he's never had a losing record.
#9. Mike McCarthy (Cowboys)
Season: 3rd with Cowboys, 16th as Head Coach
Career record: 143-92-2 (.608) | Playoffs: 10-9 (1-0 in Super Bowls)
McCarthy led Dallas to the playoffs last year and his career winning record cannot be overlooked.

Season: 4th with Packers and as Head Coach
Career record: 39-10 (.796) | Playoffs: 2-36.
Under LaFleur, the Packers have won 13 games in three consecutive seasons. Enough said.
#7. Sean McDermott (Bills)
Season: 6th with Bills and as Head Coach
Career record: 49-32 (.605) | Playoffs: 3-4
McDermott, one of the hardest working coaches who has sometimes spent all-nighters in the office, recently spoke about giving a little more time to his family. Nonetheless, the Bills are poised as top contenders for the Super Bowl in 2022.
#6. Mike Vrabel (Titans)
Season: 5th with Titans and as Head Coach
Career record: 41-24 (.631) | Playoffs: 2-3
The Titans have turned around into a consistently winning franchise under Vrabel's leadership. He's the second most successful coach in Titans history, but soon to be the first.
#5. Kyle Shanahan (49ers)
Season: 6th with 49ers and as Head Coach
Career record: 39-42 (.481) | Playoffs: 4-2 (0-1 in Super Bowls)
Shanahan rolls the dice, where they go big or go home attitude, CBSSports reports. Last year he took the Niners to the NFC championship. Expect another all-or-nothing season.
#4. Sean McVay (Rams)
Season: 6th with Rams and as Head Coach
Career record: 55-26 (.679) | Playoffs: 7-3 (1-1 in Super Bowls)

Season: 23rd with Patriots, 28th as Head Coach
Career record: 290-143 (.670) | Playoffs: 31-13 (6-3 in Super Bowls)

#2. Zac Taylor (Bengals)
Season: 4th with Bengals and as Head Coach
Career record: 16-32-1 (.337) | Playoffs: 3-1 (0-1 in Super Bowls)
