The career of Logan Paul
Logan Paul, 27, hails from Westlake, Ohio, and first rose to fame when he started posting comedy sketches on the video-sharing application Vine in 2013. When the Vine app folded, Paul moved over to YouTube, creating the Logan Paul Vlogs channel in August of 2015, rising to the most-subscribed YouTube channel.
Paul's YouTube success led him to TV guest appearances, such as Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, as well as film roles such as The Thinning (2016) and The Thinning: New World Order (2018).
Paul then moved into boxing. In 2018, his first notable event pitted Logan and his younger brother Jake in an amateur bout against KSI and his younger brother, Deji. In 2019, Paul lost in a professional rematch against KSI.
In 2021, Paul fought an exhibition bout against former five-division world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., filled with constant clinching by Paul. The YouTuber went the full distance, with no winner being declared. However, Mayweather connected 43 punches of 107 thrown (40.2%), compared to Paul landing 28 of 217 thrown (12.9%).
