The three next closest players are all retired and are 15,000-20,000 yards behind Brady. The next closest active player is Ben Roethlisberger, who is over 30,000 yards behind.
The second NFL record Brady achieved was a 55th game-winning drive, passing Peyton Manning for the most regular-season game-winning drives in the fourth quarter/overtime in NFL history, CBSSports reported.
Coy Gibbs, father of Ty Gibbs son of Joe Gibbs, dies
Coy Gibbs, 49, the father of Ty Gibbs, died hours after his son won the Xfinity Series championship. According to a release from Joe Gibbs racing, Coy died in his sleep, NBC Sports reported. Coy was the vice chairman of NASCAR’s Joe Gibbs Racing, Fox reported. Coy is the son of Joe Gibbs, the former NFL coach who started Joe Gibbs Racing in 1991. Coy played linebacker at Stanford from 1991 to 1994, and served as an assistant coach for the Washington NFL team from 2004 to 2007 under his father.
