Buccaneers-Saints game drama

Things got out of hand between the Buccaneers and the Saints, leading to a massive brawl and the ejection of Saints cornerback Marshon Lattimore and Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans.

The altercation started after Lattimore was jawing at Brady. Then Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette shoved Lattimore. Evans caused things to escalate by running over from the sideline and laying into Lattimore, CBSSports reported. The pair have a history: Evans had laid out Lattimore back in 2017.

Brady throws a tantrum

An irate Tom Brady slammed down a tablet in frustration on the sidelines during the third quarter. However, Brady eventually turned things around and ended a streak that had the team going scoreless against the Saints for six straight quarters, eventually winning the game 20-10, CBSSports reported.

Brady will get a rest day once per week

Tom Brady was held out of practice on Wednesday by the team, who will give him a "veteran rest day" each Wednesday for the rest of the 2022 season, CBSSports reported.

Trey Lance out for the season, Garoppolo makes immediate impact, gives 49ers win

Backup QB Cooper Rush leads Cowboys to first win

Cowboys backup quarterback Cooper Rush led Dallas to a 20-17 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals, giving the team its first win of the season. Rush now has a 2-0 career record filling in, WFAA reported.
